I love this location. Such a wonderful group of people and always a good haircut!

I promised to never come back to this location due to poor/no service. But, I went back about 2 months ago and had a good experience, so I decided to come back again today. Mistake...As they began to call out names and the customers they were calling had given up and left (at least 2, possibly 3) it should have been a clue. I watched as the stylist I had chosen to cut my hair was being quizzed by another stylist about her willingness to work a shift, or something to that effect, thinking ok I'm next, the board says I'm on deck and have been for several minutes. Nope, both of them left the front and went somewhere. So, I left. Again. Its a shame since this is the most convenient place for me to get my hair cut. I really like the concept and the service once I get in, but the lack of urgency when customers are waiting is just too much. So much for second chances and that's too bad. Fortunately, there is no lack of haircutting places in Tyler, its just a shame that this one can't seem to get its act together.
